Zero-Alcohol Policy

Unfortunately, due to state and local requirements, the presence of alcohol at this year’s airshow is forbidden. Due to the nature of this year’s airshow, we want to ensure that everyone is safe. We ask that our attendees please honor this policy, as County/State Health Officials will have the ability to shut the show down if crowds refuse to comply.

COVID-19 Policy

Please be aware that masks will be mandatory at this event whenever you are not in the safety of your own vehicle. We ask that you stay mindful of the presence of others and stay socially distanced when not seated in your vehicle.

Overheight Vehicle Policy

Please be aware that the purchasing over any ticket from Rows 1-6 are for STANDARD HEIGHT VEHICLES ONLY. Rows 7-8 are created for all Cars/Vans over 7.5ft tall. If you purchase a ticket for any Rows that are not 7-8 and you are an Over Height Vehicle, please note that you will be re-parked upon entry and will be denied a refund. By checking this box, you are stating that you understand this and are purchasing your ticket for the right-sized vehicle designated for your ticket.

*Please note that trailers & mobile homes are NOT PERMITTED at this year's airshow.

Military Aircraft Policy

Please note that we are not responsible for the coming and going of military planes. If the Military needs to leave early with their aircraft, we are in no position to deny this request. We are very grateful for the presence of the US Military at our 2021 Moses Lake Airshow.

On-Site Food Policy

We absolutely encourage that you bring your own food and soft drinks (and WATER). We ask that you not bring any BBQ's, grills or cooking stoves to ensure that safety and comfortability of others around you in parking areas. 

 

We will have food truck available on site this year and are open now to registration for all interested Food Truck companies.
